Angelic-Beauty
Upon arrival, Nijmegen greeted me with a sense of beauty and charm. As I explored the city, sculptures adorned every corner, revealing the Dutch people’s deep appreciation for art and creativity.
City-of-Windmills
Seeing these windmills reminds me of the small town of Manjil in Iran, a place renowned for its winds.
Sunset-Serenity
This photograph captures a serene summer sunset during an evening stroll in the heart of Nijmegen. Unlike my hometown of Tehran, where days are shorter, the sun here lingers, creating a prolonged and enchanting twilight.
Tranquil-City
Nijmegen, in my eyes, exudes calm and grace. Quiet streets and serene neighborhoods can be found in every corner of the city.
Transparent-Structures
The architecture of these buildings, with their beautiful and minimalist design, adds a serene elegance to the cityscape.
Bridge-of-Memories
This bridge evokes memories of an old bridge in Babolsar, a northern Iranian city that closely resembles Nijmegen. It is my husband’s hometown, a place I deeply cherish.
